Gabrielle DiMatteo lives in Grants Pass, Oregon, USA. She is a lover of big horses and mini horses alike, and has four mini horses. It’s like eating potato chips—you can’t just have one! She is an energetic wife, mother of three, and grandmother of five, so far.
Gabrielle was an adult volunteer for a high school leadership club that raised money to build two wells in Eswatini, Africa with Thirst Project. When visiting these wells, a man named Sibu taught her the words, “It is nice to be here”—and with his blessing, this children’s book was born! These words help you appreciate the present moment where love and joy are felt at their fullest!

It Is Nice To Be Here brings both the reader and listener into the present moment where love and joy are felt at their fullest!
